Partnerships Manager – Lead for Trusts & Foundations

We’re looking for someone to join our team as Partnerships Manager, leading our work with trusts and foundations and supporting our wider partnerships across Camden.

This role is about building relationships, securing funding and making sure Camden Giving can keep supporting grassroots organisations tackling inequality. It’s also about helping the wider funding sector become more participatory, fair and responsive to local communities.

We’re open to people applying who want to work four days a week. The role will require an Enhanced DBS check.

We’d love to hear from people who have:

  • Experience applying for grants or working with funders

  • A strong interest in shifting power in philanthropy

  • Confidence in building partnerships and writing clearly about impact

The role includes:

  • Applying for funding from trusts and foundations

  • Managing relationships and reporting

  • Supporting our corporate and community partnerships

  • Helping with campaigns and events like Camden Giving Week

To apply:

Please send your CV and a short statement about your experience and why you're interested in the role to shofi@camdengiving.org.uk.

We expect interviews to begin from 4 August 2025.

Community Panellist Waiting List

Since 2017 we’ve worked with more than 350 Camden citizens who have decided which charities receive money from us.

It’s an important job, so we pay citizens £16.05 an hour for this work. Panel work usually takes place from 5:30pm-8:30pm, once a week for a period of time. You don’t need any prior experience, you just need experience of inequality in Camden, be that because of your gender, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, disability or any other reason.

We’ll be actively looking for Camden citizens to join our panels at multiple times per year.

If you would like to register your interest in joining us, please complete the form below and a member of the Camden Giving Grant’s Team will be in touch when recruitment begins.
